Our process
After speaking with the Client, we use the information provided to strategically seek candidates for the job discussed. We will place precision and relevant job postings that attract available and eligible candidates . We interview, video interview, meet, qualify, and pre-screen potential candidates. After this rigorous process, the candidate will be sent to the hiring Client for interview. This is usually the first, or last, sign off leading up to hiring consideration. Our Candidates are prepped and informed when they get in front of the Client representative. This leads to a higher placement success rate saving the hiring Client time and money.
Our obligation
From Recruiter to Candidate, we look for people with experience in the Hospitality Industry. We have heard people say "You are either cut out for this (business), or your not" and we agree.
